BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) distributes power to an area spread over 750 sq km across 19 districts of South and West Delhi to its 2.4 million customers. It was a key challenge for BRPL to proceed with digitisation in such densely populated areas, thereby reducing power theft, meter installation, maintenance and bill recovery, while achieving consumer satisfaction. ILP provided complete on-ground control support to BRPL managing a huge base for recovery, enforcement, GIS mapping, consumer surveys and complete maintenance across multiple areas of South and West Delhi. This won us accolades from the BRPL senior management. ILP replaced or installed 40,000+ meters including LT/CT/Cubicle Commercial Meters and provided substation management. Today, ILP is considered one of the platinum partners for BSES.
