ILP Private Limited , an Indian company is wholly owned by India Light & Power Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (CIN#201523686C), collectively ILP. India Light & Power Pte. Ltd. has been set by promoters who have more than a decade’s experience in EPC Infrastructure services for Power, Road, Mining, Water, Oil & Gas and Telecommunication projects either through direct acquisitions or Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) around the world.

ILP was founded with a simple mission to provide high quality, high performance, cost effective engineered systems that include solar LED lights, Poles installation, gas / electric meter reading, and GIS applications. Over the years ILP India has built a responsible, technologically advanced and diversified portfolio. The company has evolved to a full service, the technology-driven business model that incorporates design/build services, product procurement, engineering/technical support, and project management services to provide a tailored, turnkey solution. We have a strong capability in transmission, distribution, underground piping and technical services both above and below ground and provide integrated engineering services through our strategic specialist partnerships.

Today, ILP and its associates work with various government & non-governmental institutions to implement energy saving projects. With over 1200+ projects on-ground execution experience in Infrastructure space, we have the expertise, technology and resources needed to exceed customer expectations.
